Q: “Do you shoot Weddings?”
A: Yes! I do! But only for the rest of 2016. 🙂 After that, I am focusing solely on my family and high school seniors.

Q: “What do your wedding packages include?”
A: Each wedding package includes two photographers shooting your wedding (for the hours per package), an engagement shoot, and a wedding album (and some extra goodies, since this is my last year with my brides). All other prints, canvases, and digital images will be purchased at your viewing session about 6 weeks after the wedding.

Q: “We already had our engagement photos done, can we get a discount on the wedding price?”
A: That would be a happy ‘no’, and this is a good thing! Whether you have had your engagement portraits done or not, this is a must (unless you live out of state). The engagement session is first of all complimentary, and also a great time for us to get to know eachother better, for you both to be comfortable in front of the camera, and to have a taste of how your big day will be. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did.

Q: “What is an ordering session?”
An ordering Session is a time set aside for you to see your images for the FIRST time.  Bring your family, or best friends, and we’ll enjoy a party of treats, pretty pictures, and picking your custom images.

Q: “What is a sitting fee and a booking fee? And they different things?”
A: Good question. Nope, they are one and the same! A sitting/booking fee is basically the down payment. It makes sure that you have that time secured on my calendar, pays for the photo shoot, the editing of your images, and your ordering session/party. Unless otherwise noted, the digital and printed products are not included in the sitting fee, but will be purchased separately at your ordering session.

Q: “Do you sell digital images?”
A: Yep, I sure do!! But in addition, I hope that you will also get some prints which will grace your homes for generations to come.

Q: “I want you to do my senior pictures in Seattle, but you say that you shoot in Port Orchard, can we make the drive?
A: YES!! Absolutely! I love it when my seniors choose their own locations, because it shows their heart, and I love love LOVE it. A small travel fee may be applied, though.

Q: “Is your hair color natural?”
A: *laughs* nope, I wish! I have naturally dark blond hair, but once I went red, I could never go back! (plus, redhead’s have more fun) 😉

Q: “What happens if I can’t make it to my session because I’m sick? Do I have to pay another sitting fee?”
A: The booking fee ensures that I will be there for you when I said I would. If you need to reschedule, please make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your session, and if something happens last minute please call me right away and I can work with you (rebooking fees apply).

Q: “Can I bring my boyfriend/girlfriend/sister/friend/ to the shoot with me?”
A: Absolutely! This is about you, so bring who you feel comfortable with.

Q: “How much do your prints cost?”
A: Prints start at $50, and digitals start at $75. For my price list (including prices for albums, canvases, prints, frames, and more), please send me an email and I will give it to you. 🙂 Vanilla Bean clients will spend about $500-$800 on their product.
